Editing, archiving and deleting posts, and drafts
Change, hide or delete a post you shared, and save an unfinished post as a draft.
Tap the three dots at the top right of your own post to open its options.
- Edit post: change the text and attachments.
- Archive: the post disappears from your profile and the feed but isn't deleted. Only you can see it.
- Delete post: the post is removed permanently along with its likes and comments. This can't be undone.
- Statistics: views, likes and reposts for the post (see post statistics).
Restoring from the archive
- Open Settings › Archive.
- On the Posts tab, find the post you want back.
- Choose Unarchive (publish again); it shows on your profile and in the feed again.
Drafts
If you leave the composer without sharing, Arwy asks whether to save it as a draft. Saved drafts live in Settings › Archive › Drafts. Tap one to pick up where you left off; once you share it, the draft is removed.
Drafts are stored only on this device and keep just the text and any book or library you added. Photos, videos, voice recordings and songs aren't saved in drafts. If you uninstall the app or switch phones, your drafts won't come with you.
Good to know
- If a moderator marked your post as sensitive, you can't remove that label.
- On someone else's post, the three-dot menu offers Send and Report post.
