How does the feed work?
Whose posts appear in your feed, book comment cards, and spoiler protection.
The Feed opens from the feed tab in the bottom bar. It shows posts from everyone on Arwy, newest first — not only people you follow — so it's an easy way to discover new readers and writers.
What you'll see
- Posts: text, photos, videos, voice notes, songs, books or libraries people share.
- Reposts: when someone reposts, their name appears above the post. If several people repost the same thing, it still shows up only once.
- Book comment cards: comments on books you care about appear in your feed like posts. That means books you've opened, read, liked, added to a library, or written yourself.
Book comment cards
A card shows who commented, which book (or chapter) they commented on, and the book's cover. Tap Read to open the book, or tap the heart to like the comment. Very short comments don't appear in the feed.
Spoiler protection
If a comment is about a chapter you haven't reached yet, its text is blurred with May contain spoilers · tap to show on top. Tap it if you want to read anyway. If you haven't started the book at all, comments aren't hidden.
Good to know
- Posts and comments from people you've blocked never appear in your feed.
- Pull down to refresh. Tapping the feed tab again scrolls back to the top and refreshes.
- Posts written in another language show a Translate link so you can read them in yours.
