Cashing out coins (withdrawals)

You can withdraw coins from your balance to a bank account as Turkish lira. 1 coin = 1 TRY, and the only deduction is a 15% processing fee.

Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal is 500 coins.
• You must have accepted the Creator Payment Terms.
• Your identity must be verified and you must be at least 18.
• The account holder's name must exactly match the name on your verified ID. Payments only go to an account in your own name.
• You can have only one pending withdrawal at a time.
• Coins you bought in the last 14 days can't be withdrawn until that period ends (the Google Play refund window). Coins from tips, sales and ads have no waiting period.
• Payouts are made by bank transfer to an IBAN.

Steps

1. In your Wallet, tap Withdraw. If something is missing, the app first takes you to the terms or to identity verification.
2. Enter the amount, your IBAN and the Account holder name.
3. Check the amount, the fee and the net amount you'll receive.
4. Tap Request withdrawal and confirm.

What happens next

• The coins are deducted from your wallet immediately, and our team reviews the request manually.
• While it's Under review, you can tap Cancel and get every coin back.
• Statuses: Under review → Approved, awaiting transfer → Sent.
• When the transfer is made, you get an in-app notification and an email listing the amount, the fee, any bank transfer fee and the net amount.
• If a request is rejected or the transfer fails, your coins are returned to your wallet and you're notified.
