Sending a tip to a writer

You can support a writer directly by sending them coins. Tips have no fees: the full amount goes to the writer's wallet instantly.

1. Open the writer's profile.
2. Tap Donate.
3. Choose an amount: 10, 20 or 50 coins.
4. Check the amount and what the writer will receive in the confirmation window, then confirm.

If your balance is too low, the screen takes you to buy coins first.

Good to know

• Tips can't be reversed. Read the confirmation window carefully before sending.
• You can tip up to 500 coins in total per day.
• You can't tip yourself, someone you blocked or someone who blocked you. Some accounts can't receive tips.
• The writer can spend tips in the app or, if eligible, cash them out.
• You can also tip on the website; buying coins requires the app.
