I paid but didn't get my coins

Sometimes the payment completes on Google Play but can't be verified right away (for example, if your connection drops). The purchase isn't lost:

1. Wait a few minutes; the app retries the verification once on its own.
2. Fully close and reopen the app. Google Play redelivers the unfinished purchase and the coins are added.
3. If they still don't arrive, contact us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA): in the app via Settings › Support, or at info@arwy.life.

The same purchase is never counted twice; retrying won't add extra coins or charge you again.

Requesting a refund

Coin purchases go through Google Play, so refund requests follow Google Play's refund process. You can request one from your Google Play order history or through Google Play support.

How does a refund affect my coins?

• The coins from the refunded pack are removed from your balance.
• If you've already spent them, your balance can go negative; your future earnings first cover that gap.
• The earnings of writers you tipped or whose chapters you unlocked aren't touched.
• It shows in your history as a "Refund reversal" row.

Refunding tips and unlocks

Tips and unlocks are final once you confirm them and can't be reversed. You can contact us about a mistake, but because the coins have gone to another user, a reversal isn't guaranteed.
