Identity verification
Verify your identity once to cash out; your documents are kept in a closed area.
To withdraw your earnings to a bank, you need to verify your identity once. Without verification you can still earn coins and spend them in the app; the only thing that stays locked is withdrawing.
What we'll ask for
- ID — front and ID — back photos,
- a Selfie: a clear photo of your face while holding your ID,
- Proof of address: a utility bill in your name or an official residence document (photo or PDF),
- your full name (as on your ID), phone, city and address.
Steps
- In your Wallet, tap Verify your identity (or Withdraw; if you're not verified you'll be sent here).
- Read the information, tick the consent box and tap Start verification.
- Fill in your details and add the four documents.
- Tap Submit for review.
Review usually takes a few business days. The result appears in your wallet, and you're also told by notification and email.
Where are my documents kept?
Documents are stored in a closed area and can't be viewed from the app; even you can't open them again after uploading. Only the person doing the verification can see them, through a short-lived link, and every view is logged. After verification, documents are deleted once the retention period ends; only the verification result remains.
Common problems
- Application not approved: the reason is shown on screen. Fix it and submit again.
- Age 18: withdrawals are only for users who are 18 or older; your earnings keep building up in your account.
- Photo couldn't be uploaded: check your connection and try again.
- If you've made too many attempts, email info@arwy.life.
