Cancelling and auto-renewal

Arwy subscriptions are managed by Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

1. Open Settings › My Subscription.
2. Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom. You'll be taken to Google Play's management page.
3. Select your Arwy subscription and cancel it.

You can also cancel directly from Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

What happens after cancelling?

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When it ends, your account returns to Free. Your books, libraries, posts and coins aren't deleted.

Free trials

If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.

Refunds

Subscription refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request one from your Google Play order history or through Google Play support.
