Updating the app

New features and bug fixes arrive in updates. Keeping ARWY up to date helps it run better and keeps your account safe.

How updates arrive

• If you installed the app from Google Play, ARWY notices a new version when it opens. Most updates download in the background while you keep using the app.
• If auto-update is turned on in Google Play, the app also updates on its own.

Updating manually

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for ARWY and open its page.
3. If you see an Update button, tap it.

Required updates

After an important change, older versions may no longer be supported. In that case you'll see an Update required screen when you open the app, and you need to update before continuing. The Update button takes you straight to ARWY on Google Play. Your account and data stay exactly as they were.

Common problems

• No update showing in Play: a new version reaches everyone within a few hours. Try closing and reopening the Play Store, or check again a little later.
• If you installed the app from our website: an app installed outside the Play Store doesn't update on its own. We recommend installing ARWY from Google Play to always have the latest version.
