Reporting content or a user
Report a book, comment, post, message or account that breaks the rules, and block people.
If you see something that breaks the rules or makes you uncomfortable, let us know. Our team reviews every report.
Where to report
- User: from the options menu on their profile.
- Book: from the menu at the top right of the book page.
- Comment: from the flag icon next to the comment.
- Post: from the post's three-dot menu.
- Message: long-press the message and use the menu.
- Chat room or room message: from the room info, or by long-pressing the message.
- Tap Report.
- Choose a reason: Spam, Harassment / bullying, Inappropriate content, Fake account, Violence / threats or Other.
- Add a short note if you like, then tap Submit.
The person you report isn't told who reported them.
Blocking
If you don't want any contact with someone, block them from their profile. When you block someone, mutual follows are removed, you can't message each other, and you can't comment on each other's books. Unblock from Settings › Blocked Users.
If there's immediate danger, a child safety issue or a serious threat, also email info@arwy.life alongside your report. If someone's life is at risk, call your local emergency number first.
