SMS verification code isn't arriving

You can verify your phone number with the Verify phone button in Settings › Account. If the code doesn't arrive:

1. Wait a little: SMS can be delayed by a minute or two. You need to wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code.
2. Number format: phone verification currently works only for Turkish mobile numbers. You can type 05xx… or +90 5xx…; the app fixes the format for you.
3. Signal: make sure you can receive SMS and your inbox isn't full. Blocked numbers or a spam SMS filter may be hiding the code.
4. Code validity: the code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expired, request a new one.

Limits

• You can request up to 5 codes a day. If you hit the limit, try again tomorrow.
• After 5 wrong entries, you need to request a new code.
• A phone number can be verified on only one account.
