Your personal data

Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Full details are in the Personal Data Information Notice. You can read these documents in the app under LEGAL in Settings › Privacy.

What data we process

• Identity and contact: name, username, date of birth, email, and optionally phone number and gender
• What you share: books, posts, comments, messages, photos
• Transactions: subscriptions, coins, tips and writer payouts (for writers who get paid, IBAN and identity verification documents)
• Security and usage: IP address, device and app version, reading progress, error logs

This data is used to provide the service, protect your account, prevent abuse, handle payments and meet our legal obligations.

IP records

For security and abuse prevention, your IP address is recorded when you open the app. These records are kept for 1 year as required by law, and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information about it, and to ask for incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected or deleted.

1. Send your request to info@arwy.life from the email address on your account.
2. Requests are handled free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
3. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority.

Withdrawing marketing consent

You can turn off the permission you gave for marketing messages at any time with the Campaigns and announcements switch in Settings › Notifications. See Notification settings.
