Reporting

If you come across harassment, spam, inappropriate content, a fake account or violence, let us know. Our team reviews every report.

Where to report

• A user: the options (three dots) menu on their profile › Report.
• A book: the menu in the top right of the book page.
• A comment: the flag icon next to the comment.
• A message: long-press the message and use the report option.
• A post: the post's three-dot menu.
• A chat room or a room message: the room info screen, or the menu that opens when you long-press a message.

Steps

1. Choose a reason: Spam, Harassment / bullying, Inappropriate content, Fake account, Violence / threats or Other.
2. Add a short note if you like. Describing what happened helps us review it faster.
3. Tap Submit.

When you see "Your report was sent. We'll review it.", it has reached us. Where needed, we remove the content or take action on the account.

Good to know

• If you never want to run into someone again, you can also block them.
• For an urgent danger or a child safety concern, also write to info@arwy.life. If someone's life is at risk, contact the authorities first.
• False or malicious reports are against the community rules.
