Phone number and SMS verification

Your phone number is saved on your account and can also be used to sign in. Verifying it shows that the number really belongs to you.

Verifying your number

1. Open Settings › Account.
2. If your saved number isn't verified, a Verify phone button appears under it. Tap it.
3. In the window that opens, check your number and request the code.
4. Enter the 6-digit code you receive by SMS and tap Verify.

Once it's done, the field shows Phone verified and the number is locked.

Rules

• Only Turkish mobile numbers (+90 5xx …) can be verified.
• The code is valid for 10 minutes. After 5 wrong attempts, you need to request a new code.
• You must wait 60 seconds between code requests, and up to 5 SMS can be sent per day.
• A number verified on one account can't be verified on another.
• While your number isn't verified, you can change it in the Phone field and save. To change a verified number, write to info@arwy.life.

If the SMS doesn't arrive

• Wait a minute or two; texts are sometimes delayed.
• Make sure the number is correct and your phone has signal.
• Check your phone's spam or blocked messages folder.
• Request a new code after 60 seconds.
• If you see a message saying SMS verification isn't working right now, the problem is on our side. Please try again a little later.
• If you've hit the daily limit, try again tomorrow.
